Viviane Crosthwaite

Viviane Crosthwaite is the Vice President of Operations at Esper. Viviane has over ten years of experience in operations and management, and has held positions at various organizations including Nava, Natural Products Association, CRCMining, Department of Social Services (DSS), University of Queensland, and Shy Blinds.

Crosthwaite began their career as a Commercial Sales Manager and Business Development at Shy Blinds. Viviane then transitioned to an Administration Officer role at the University of Queensland. After two years in that role, they became a Project Officer and Data Analyst at DSS before moving on to the position of Director of Operations at the Natural Products Association.

Most recently, Crosthwaite served as the Director Of Business Operations at Nava for five years, where they were responsible for establishing and scaling a team responsible for all aspects of Business Operations for a custom software company servicing Federal and State Governments. Viviane then took on their current role as VP, Operations at Esper.

Viviane Crosthwaite has a certificate in Business Analytics, Economics for Managers & Financial Accounting from Harvard Business School Online. Viviane also has a Leading with Finance certificate from Harvard Business School Online. Viviane Crosthwaite has a High performance leadership (executive certificate) from Cornell University and a Building game changing organizations (executive certificate) from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Viviane also has a Diploma in Government Administration from Canberra Institute of Technology, a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Psychology from The University of Queensland, and a Cert III in Sports Coaching from Smart Connection.

Viviane Crosthwaite reports to Maleka Momand, CEO & Co-Founder. They are on a team with Atul Kalantri - VP, Product, Lilli Oetting - CTO & Co-Founder, and Karin Vertefeuille - VP, Sales.
