Anne Maercklein

Anne Maercklein, CFA®, currently serves as Vice President of Finance and Operations at Esper, where responsibilities include managing finance and operations for a leading DevOps platform for device fleets since June 2022. In addition, Anne is a Finance and Ops Leader at StartupExperts, an exclusive community of seasoned HR, Finance, and Ops professionals. Prior experience includes holding the role of Vice President of Business Operations at DigniFi, enhancing small businesses' financing capabilities, and serving as Chief of Staff at On Deck. Anne’s career began at Macquarie Group, progressing through various roles in investment banking and credit analysis, followed by an internship at Deloitte & Touche LLP and AXA Advisors. Anne earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from The Wharton School, concentrating in Finance and Behavioral Economics.
