Tarun Vashisth

Tarun Vashisth is an experienced engineering manager and software engineer with a diverse background in software development across multiple companies. Currently serving as an Engineering Manager at Esper since December 2018, Tarun has held various technical positions, including Staff Software Engineer and Senior Software Engineer. Prior experience includes senior software engineering roles at Target and Stayzilla, where significant contributions included developing a search algorithm that enhanced conversion rates and implementing an autocomplete engine using Elasticsearch. Previous roles also involved software engineering responsibilities at Aspiring Minds and a graduate engineering trainee position at National Engineering Industries Ltd., focusing on loss time analysis.
