Ryan McLaughlin possesses extensive experience in human resources and customer service management. Currently serving as the Manager of Benefits & Privileging at Esperanza Health Centers since January 2017, McLaughlin leads the development and implementation of employee benefits programs and manages relationships with brokers and carriers. Prior roles include Human Resources Generalist, where responsibilities included onboarding, benefits administration, and credentialing of clinical providers. McLaughlin also has a background in customer service management, having revitalized the customer service department at SSI GoPicnic LLC post-bankruptcy and significantly contributed to GoPicnic Brands, Inc. as a Customer Service Representative. Educational credentials include a Master of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts in the same field from James Madison University.
