Fred Estrada Jr. is an experienced professional currently serving as the Director of Student Development at Esperanza Cyber Charter School since August 2012. Prior to this role, Fred held the position of Media Director for the Timoteo Flag Football Team from April 2005 to April 2013, where responsibilities included creating video content and teaching youth media skills on a volunteer basis. Fred holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Broadcasting Telecommunications and Mass Media from Temple University, earned between 2003 and 2008.

Esperanza Cyber Charter School is a fully virtual public charter school serving students Kindergarten to 12th grade. Since its start in fall of 2012, ECCS began with the mission to provide students from all walks of life the best online education possible who felt their needs were not being met by their local schools. Understanding that no student is alike, ECCS understood from it’s inception that it would have to take an out of the box approach to teaching its students.
