Currently serving as Procurement Service Manager (Energy) at Eastern Shires Purchasing Organisation (ESPO) since October 2007, Andrew previously held the role of Senior Buyer (Energy) within the same organization. Prior to ESPO, Andrew worked as a Negotiator at The Energy Brokers from January 1998 to October 2007 and began the professional journey as an Account Manager at British Gas Business from July 1995 to January 1998. Andrew's educational background includes attendance at Brookvale High School and Groby Community College from 1981 to 1986.
