James Hill

James Hill is a seasoned health and safety professional with extensive experience in public sector procurement and leisure management. Currently serving as a Senior Health and Safety Advisor at ESPO since September 2018, James Hill also holds a position as a Health, Safety and Wellbeing Advisor at Leicestershire County Council. Prior to these roles, James Hill was the UK Health and Safety Manager at All Leisure Holidays and the Leisure Service Manager at 1610 Ltd, where responsibilities included implementing safety management systems, conducting risk assessments, and providing health and safety support across multiple facilities. James Hill earned a BA(hons) in Recreation and Leisure Management, Sport and Leisure from The University of Wales Institute Cardiff from 1998 to 2001.
