Mark Woolerton

Mark Woolerton (MCIPS) has extensive experience in public sector procurement, currently serving as the Procurement Service Manager - Catalogue and Head of Category - ICT at ESPO since May 2007. In this role, Mark leads a team of ICT procurement specialists to deliver tailored solutions for the public sector, focusing on efficiency, savings, and value for money. Prior to this position, Mark worked as a Senior Buyer (ICT) at ESPO from April 2005 to April 2007, managing bespoke IT system procurement for client authorities. Mark holds a degree in Purchasing & Supply Management from Nottingham Trent University and additional education from Sheffield Hallam University.
