Iara Oliveira

Iara Oliveira has over 8 years of professional experience in the field of People Success & Culture. Iara began their career in 2013 at Red Bull, where they held the roles of Purchase and Facilities and Defensive Line. In 2019, they joined oito.agency as Coordenação e Gestão de Pessoas. Iara then moved to THE GRID, now and future community, where they held the roles of People & Culture Lead and People Development Leader. In 2021, they joined Ahazou as Head of People & Culture, and then moved to GreenRun as People Success & Culture Director. Currently, Iara Oliveira is working at Esportudo as People Success and Culture Director.

Iara Oliveira attended Universidade Católica de Brasília from 2002 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Relations.
