Parshavv, also known as Esports Bond, is an accomplished entrepreneur and growth strategist with extensive experience in the esports and financial consulting industries. As the founder of eSpotz, a decentralized esports platform launched in March 2025, Parshavv aims to unify the esports ecosystem through blockchain technology. Parshavv has served as a mentor and growth strategist at Spark Global Consulting since November 2013, assisting companies with financial planning, budgeting, and investment management. Previous roles include founding MGMeSports, co-founding Platify.co, and being a founding team member at Zoth.io, where expertise in legal structuring and capital markets was demonstrated. Parshavv has also held managerial positions at KPMG India and Deloitte India, gaining a strong background in tax advisory and compliance. Educational qualifications include a Chartered Accountant degree, an LLB from Panjab University, and an MBA from Amity University.
