Rocío Cerbón Ynclán

Rocío Cerbón Ynclán has a diverse work experience that spans several years. Rocío currently works as a Conversational AI Analyst at Espressive since May 2022. Prior to that, they were a CX Conversational Designer at Talkpush from December 2021 to May 2022. Rocío also worked as a Bilingual Annotator at Appen from November 2019 to February 2022.

In terms of academic roles, Rocío was a Participante de Proyecto in the field of EVIDENCIALIDAD Y EPISTEMICIDAD EN EL ESPAÑOL. LENGUAJE ESPONTÁNEO at INSTITUTO DE INVESTIGACIONES FILOLÓGICAS from February 2020 onwards. Rocío also served as a Profesora de asignatura at Universidad Tecnológica de México in the subjects of Gramática del español y Español Avanzado from January 2020 onwards. Additionally, Rocío worked as a Profesora de asignatura at Kubus Educación from January 2017 to September 2017.

Earlier in their career, Rocío gained valuable experience as an Intern - NLP Linguist at Instituto de Ingeniería de la UNAM from September 2013 to March 2017.

Rocío Cerbón Ynclán pursued their education in the field of linguistics and language studies. Rocío completed their Master's degree in Hispanic Linguistics from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, where they studied from 2017 to 2019. Prior to their Master's, they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Spanish Language and Literature from the same institution, studying from 2011 to 2014.

In addition to their formal education, Rocío Cerbón Ynclán has also acquired two additional certifications. Rocío received a certificate in ESET Cyber Security Awareness Training from ESET North America in May 2022. Furthermore, they obtained a UX/UI Certification from Coderhouse in December 2021.
