Björn Kollmorgen

Björn Kollmorgen has extensive experience in HR roles. Björn is currently working as the Head of HR - Germany at Espresso House Group. Prior to this, they worked as an HR-Business Partner/ Area Manager Region Nord-West at Korian Deutschland from 2019 to 2021. From 2017 to 2019, Björn served as a Personalberater/-disponent at avanti GmbH, and from 2015 to 2016, they held a similar role at Asklepios.

Björn Kollmorgen obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Management from Hamburger Fern-Hochschule in the years 2011-2015. Later, they pursued a Master of Laws in Wirtschaftsrecht from the same institution during 2023-2024. Björn also has a certification in Online Jahresschluss-Tagung Personalbüro from Haufe Akademie.
