Gerard Wienke

Gerard Wienke is an experienced senior project manager specializing in real estate, with a career spanning over three decades. Since September 2007, Gerard has been with Espria, focusing on the development and realization of new construction and renovation projects for healthcare buildings, while also managing a real estate portfolio. Previously, from September 2006 to September 2007, Gerard worked as a project manager at ING in the Real Estate and Infrastructure department, overseeing the renovation and construction of bank offices. Earlier experience includes roles as a project engineer at Tebodin and AVEBE from April 1988 to April 2000. Gerard holds an engineering degree in Engineering Mechanics from the University of Groningen, complemented by education at RSG Steenwijk and HTS.
