Alan Discount is an accomplished entrepreneur and business leader with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Founder of Esprit de Sports, a sports nutrition company focusing on innovative, natural products for youth and young adults, Alan also established Re-Play Athletics, a platform aimed at enhancing lifestyle communities through youth sports engagement. Previous leadership roles include CEO and Founder of Cycles U.S., LLC, where Alan achieved market leader status in recreational bicycle parts, and significant positions at Champion Rescue Tools, Personnel Concepts, HR One, Vallon, and Deluxe, driving growth and innovation in each. Alan Discount holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Stony Brook University and has a foundational education in Engineering from Boston University.
