Chang Miau Sin is an experienced consultant specializing in Environment, Health and Safety (EHS), fire, explosion, and risk prevention management, with over 35 years of expertise in the petrochemical, oil and gas, and refinery industries across the Asia Pacific region. Currently serving as an ISO EHS Consultant at Globalcoin Consultancy since January 1996 and as a consultant at ESQ Management Solutions since December 1995, Chang Miau Sin provides consultancy services and auditing in ISO standards. Educational credentials include an Engineer's degree in Chemical Engineering from National Cheng Kung University, obtained in 1972.
