Ralph de Year

Ralph De Year is an accomplished Operations Manager with extensive experience in the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as the Franchise Support and Operations Manager for Esquires Coffee since February 2012, Ralph oversees the opening and setup of new stores in Dublin, Louth, and Meath. Prior to this role, Ralph acted as General Manager for Compass Group UK & Ireland at the Marks and Spencer Grafton Street, managing multiple restaurant concepts and overseeing menu development and staff training from January 2008 to February 2011. Ralph’s education includes a degree in Culinary Arts from the United States Marines Corps and a diploma with honors in American History and Art from Carthage Central High School.
