Caroline Mbugua is a seasoned talent acquisition and people engagement professional with extensive experience in the tech and recruitment sectors across Africa. Currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Manager at EIDU, a social impact tech company focused on education, Caroline previously held leadership positions at MarketForce, where responsibility included the head of People Engagement & Development and Talent Acquisition Manager, overseeing recruitment across multiple African markets. Additional experience includes serving as Head of Talent at The Afrijob Network and as an Executive Search Analyst at Career Connections. Caroline's career began at MYC4 (EA) Ltd as a Communication Officer, setting up communication strategies for a fintech startup. Caroline holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Public Relations from Daystar University and a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology.
