Ankur Parwani

Ankur Parwani is an experienced professional in leasing and acquisition, currently serving as the Director of Leasing & Acquisition for South India at ESR since July 2018. Prior to this role, Ankur held significant positions at CBRE in Chennai, including General Manager of the Transactions Management Group and Senior General Manager, managing land acquisitions and transactions in Tamil Nadu. Earlier in their career, Ankur worked as an Associate Director in Advisory & Transaction Services and also ventured into freelance event management, serving as an MC for various events. Ankur holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing from Christ University, completed between 2009 and 2011.
