Jai Mirpuri

Jai Mirpuri is a seasoned professional in the real estate investment and development sector, currently serving as Head of Southeast Asia at ESR Group since February 2008, with leadership roles in Singapore, Thailand, and India as co-CEO of ESR India. Mirpuri has a robust background in investment management, previously holding positions such as Managing Director of Investments and Senior Director of Investments at Redwood Group Asia, overseeing significant portfolios across Asian markets. Additionally, Mirpuri holds membership in various industry committees, including the GRI Global Committee on Light Industrial & Logistics and has experience as a CEO and co-founder of Real Estate Asset Portfolios. Mirpuri holds an MBA in Finance from INSEAD and multiple degrees in Aerospace Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.
