Jikun Li

Jikun Li is an accomplished Talent Acquisition professional with extensive experience across various industries, currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner at ESR Group since November 2024. Previously, Jikun held key roles at Zenika Singapore and Meta, specializing in full-cycle recruitment and talent management for technology and design positions. Significant contributions include leading the Talent Acquisition efforts at Zenika, successfully fulfilling hiring demands without external agency support, and achieving high candidate satisfaction ratings at Meta. With earlier roles at VMware, Capgemini Invent, GroupM, PALO IT, and Mason Frank International, Jikun has developed a comprehensive skill set in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR strategy implementation.
