Josh Daitch

Josh Daitch is a seasoned real estate investment professional currently serving as the Group Chief Investment Officer and Group Head of Fund Management & Capital at ESR Group since July 2018. With a focus on logistics real estate across key pan-Asian metropolitan areas, ESR Group manages assets exceeding $22 billion. Prior experience includes roles as an Adjunct Lecturer at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, Managing Partner at SAJE Capital LLC, and Senior Managing Director at Mesirow Financial's Institutional Real Estate Division. Daitch's career began in real estate sales and has evolved through senior roles in private equity and distressed asset acquisition. Daitch holds an MBA from Northwestern University and a BBA in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Michigan.
