Kashif Mahmood

Kashif Mahmood serves as the Group Chief Investment Officer at Modon and as the Group Chief Investment & Strategy Officer at ADNEC Group, positions held since April 2023 and April 2024, respectively. Prior experience includes a tenure at ADQ from 2019 to April 2023, where roles encompassed Director and Principal in M&A & Alternative Investments. From 2004 to 2019, Kashif held various director-level positions at PwC, focusing on M&A and corporate finance advisory for large corporates, sovereign wealth funds, and private equity firms. Early career experience includes internal audit and finance at Engro Corp between 2008 and 2009. Kashif completed training as a Chartered Accountant from 2003 to 2007 and holds GCE A and O Levels in Accounting and Finance from Choufeit, obtained from 1995 to 2003. Core competencies consist of corporate finance, valuation advisory, debt restructuring, and financial modeling.
