Karina Kosterinaitė

Karina Kosterinaitė has a wide range of work experience. Karina began their career in 2013 as a Norwegian Language Teacher for Lingue Romanze. Karina then joined Webhelp in the same year, where they held the roles of Project Manager, Team Leader, and Customer Service Specialist (Norwegian Language). In 2019, they moved to SuperOffice AS as a CRM Analyst/Consultant (Norwegian). Most recently, in 2021, they joined ESR (Executive Search Research) as a Talent Sourcer & Team Lead and Associate.

Karina Kosterinaitė received a BA in German Philology and Norwegian Language from Vilnius University between 2011 and 2015. Karina also studied Germanistics at Universität Erfurt from 2013 to 2014. In February 2018, they obtained the RUNWAY LEADERSHIP TRAINING certification.
