Shannon Smith

Shannon Smith is the Sector Delivery Lead at Esri Australia since December 2021. Previously, Shannon worked at MapData Services Pty Ltd from September 2007 to January 2022, holding the positions of Manager - Service Delivery and Project Manager. Prior to that, Shannon was the Commercial Manager at Feedback Plus from September 2002 to September 2007, and Assistant Retail Manager at Compass Group for the Taronga Zoo contract from January 2002 to September 2002. Shannon started their career at Spotless Group from December 1997 to January 2002, initially as a CSR and later in various roles. Shannon holds a Certified Scrum Master certification from Scrum Alliance and a Bachelor of Business degree from University of Technology Sydney, along with a Diploma of Business Studies from TAFE NSW.
