Kathrin Jannek

Kathrin Jannek is an experienced professional in the field of geographic information systems and IT management, currently serving as the Head of Service and Delivery Operations at Esri Deutschland since January 2009. Previously, Kathrin held various roles at Esri Deutschland, including Operations Manager for Professional Services in Germany and Switzerland, Projektkoordinator, Service Engineer for Managed Services, GIS Consultant for Enterprise Consulting, and Technical Sales. Prior to joining Esri Deutschland, Kathrin worked as a Software Engineer at Lufthansa Systems FlightNav from January 2006 to December 2008. Kathrin holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) in IT Management from FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management and a Dipl. Ing. in Cartography and Geomedia Technology from Hochschule München University of Applied Sciences.
