Craig Hayes has over 18 years of experience in the geospatial industry. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Critical National Infrastructure at Esri UK, where they are responsible for delivering geospatial solutions and services to utility organizations across the UK. Prior to this, Craig worked at ESRI (UK) LIMITED as the Head of Sector - Government Transport & Infrastructure, where they built a team focused on best practices and collaborated with transport account managers. Craig has also held various roles at Esri UK, including Enterprise Account Manager - Government, Head of Training, Customer Care Manager, Customer Care Consultant, and Technical Pre-Sales Consultant. Craig began their career as an Account Manager at MapInfo, and prior to that, they worked at GDC and Graphical Data Capture as an Account Manager and Senior GIS Consultant, respectively. Craig also has experience as a GIS specialist at Transport for London and as a GIS Technician at East Hertfordshire District Council.
Craig Hayes attended the University of East London from 1997 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Geographical Land Management with a specialization in Geographic Information Systems (GIS).
