Josh Jones is an experienced professional in customer success and business development, currently serving as the Customer Success Manager and UK Maritime Defence Lead at Esri UK since March 2017. In this role, Josh is responsible for the success of the Maritime Defence business, managing a customer engagement team and implementing strategies within the Maritime Defence and Government sectors.
