Peter Flynn has over 20 years of experience in sales operations and business development. Peter is currently the Head of Sales Operations at Esri UK, where they are responsible for driving sales growth and supporting the sales team. Prior to this, they worked as a Business Development Controller at Reach, where they focused on global brand development and strategic planning. Before that, they served as a Client Services Director at Navigator Customer Management, leading client delivery and relationships. Peter also has experience as a Senior Account Director at Client Centre Alliance - Direct Dialog and as a Senior Account Manager at ICLP.
Peter Flynn completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature at the University of Roehampton from 1993 to 1996. In addition to their formal education, they obtained certifications in "Helping Clients Succeed" from FranklinCovey in October 2021, and "Business Presentation Skills Training" from secondnature International in September 2020.
