Brian Cross

Brian Cross is an experienced professional with a substantial tenure at Esri, serving as the Executive Director of Professional Services since July 1999. In this role, Brian leads a division dedicated to ensuring Esri users successfully apply technology to address business and mission challenges. Previously, Brian managed the Database Services department, providing GIS services and solutions, and oversaw the Navigation Business Unit, delivering software and professional services to nautical and aeronautical clients. Prior to Esri, Brian held roles at notable institutions including coordinating an entrepreneurial program at the Anderson School at UCLA and managing organizational development projects for various high-profile companies. Brian's academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Geology from Pomona College and a study period at the University of Otago.
