Andrew Kon

Andrew Kon has worked in the technology industry since 2001. Andrew began their career at Best Buy as a Computer Specialist, where they were responsible for coaching and training staff, providing exceptional customer service, and exceeding company standards in attachments. In 2006, they moved to Geek Squad as Deputy of Counter Intelligence, where they educated customers around newly purchased computers and software, eradicated computers of software threats, and traveled to customer homes to setup newly purchased equipment and setup wireless networks. In 2009, they returned to Best Buy as a Mobile Manager, where they achieved multiple customer service successes, utilized strong multi-tasking and problem solving skills, and educated customers around products and services purchased. In 2013, they joined ISG Technology LLC as General Manager, leading a team of people, providing support and guidance, and serving as Technical Services Director, Delivery Executive, and Technical Solutions Manager. In 2020, they began working for High Touch Technologies as Regional Director of Technology Solutions, managing a team of Technology Solution Managers and Engineers, and overseeing support of partners and clients from all aspects of technical support.

Andrew Kon has an education history that includes a Bachelor's of Science in Business - Information Technology Management from Western Governors University, which they completed in 2021. Previously, they obtained a Cyber Security degree from Butler Community College in 2012. Andrew also holds a High School Diploma from Northwest High School, which they earned in 2003. In addition to their formal education, Andrew has obtained various certifications, including Cybersecurity Fundamentals for Engineers and Sales from ConnectWise in 2020, Effective Listening from LinkedIn in 2020, VTSP-MO and NV 2019 from VMware in 2019, VMTSP and VMSP from Veeam Software in 2019 and 2018, respectively, NIOP and NTSP from Nimble Storage in 2015, and VMware Sales Professional VSP 5 from VMware in 2014, as well as a Cyber Security Certification NSA4011 from Butler Community College in 2013.
