Jacqueline Gimenez serves as the Head of Account Based Marketing at Esri since January 2017, overseeing targeted account programs to enhance sales acceleration and customer retention, while also managing Analyst Relations and Customer Advocacy Programs. Previously, Jacqueline held leadership roles in Brand and Advertising, and Branding and Global Marketing at Esri, where responsibilities included brand positioning and strategic marketing initiatives to boost awareness and growth. Jacqueline's marketing expertise extends back to roles as Global Marketing Manager and Marketing Programs Manager at Esri from 2004 to 2016. Additional experience includes positions in marketing analysis and education as an adjunct professor at CSUSB, and earlier roles at VIASYS Healthcare and Coca-Cola Edasa. Jacqueline holds multiple degrees and certifications, including an Executive Certificate in Strategy and Innovation from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an MBA in Marketing from California State University-San Bernardino.
