Keith Krall has over 30 years of experience in utility account management and technical support. Currently serving as the Sr. Utility and Telco Account Manager at Esri since February 2002, Keith specializes in managing electric and gas utility accounts for Tier 2 and Tier 3 customers. Prior to this role, Keith worked at Enghouse Systems from June 1998 to January 2002 as Utility Sales Support, providing training and technical assistance. Earlier experience includes serving as a Business Analyst at ConneXt/Tellus and Puget Sound Energy, contributing to technical support and usability testing while starting as a Drafter and advancing to T&D Operations/Planning and GIS Project work. Keith holds an education background from South Puget Sound Community College and Timberline High School.
