Kenneth Field is a highly experienced cartographic product engineer currently serving as a Senior Principal Cartographic Product Engineer at Esri since March 2011. Kenneth has contributed to cartographic design research utilizing GIS software, while also delivering workshops, publishing articles, and promoting map design. Prior to this role, Kenneth held various academic positions at Kingston University from 2002 to 2011, including Principal Lecturer and course director for GIS programs, and at the University of Northampton from 1991 to 2002, where responsibilities included teaching and research in geography and GIS. Kenneth earned a PhD in GIS from the University of Leicester, a BSc in Cartography and Geography from Oxford Polytechnic, and a Postgraduate Research Supervision diploma from the University of Northampton.
