Steve Gritzuk has a strong background in various leadership roles. Steve started their career as a Police Officer/Firefighter at the City of North Myrtle Beach in 2000 and worked there until 2001. In 2001, they joined GCA Services Group (now ABM) as a Senior Vice President and held this position until 2015. Steve then worked at Harvard Maintenance as the Vice President of Service Excellence from 2015 to 2017. Since 2017, they have been serving as the Chief Operating Officer at ESS.
Steve Gritzuk earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Marketing/Marketing Management from the Wilbur O. and Ann Powers College of Business at Clemson University from 1996 to 2000. Steve then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management from Charleston Southern University, completing it from 2002 to 2004. Later, from 2017 to 2019, they obtained a Master of Human Resource Management degree from Georgetown University. Currently, Steve is enrolled at the University of Southern California, where they are pursuing a Doctor of Education (EdD) degree in Organizational Change and Leadership from 2023 to 2025.
