Bruce McIntosh is an experienced operations manager with a diverse background in the food and hospitality industry. Currently serving as Operations Manager at ESS Support Services Worldwide since June 2022, Bruce previously held various managerial roles at Horizon North Logistics Inc., including Manager of Field Operations and General Manager of Project Operations. Bruce also owned Gyldi's Pizza Ltd. from April 2005 to June 2012, overseeing all aspects of the business, including menu development and employee training. Prior experience includes serving as Operations Manager at Forster's Restaurants LTD, where Bruce managed multiple accounts, employee development, and large-scale operation start-ups. Bruce holds a culinary degree from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT) and studied at Camille J Larouge Collegiate.
