Mary Anne Lynch, CFMP, MBA, MS, is an accomplished marketing and instructional design professional with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently serving as the Marketing Manager and Social Media Director at ESSA Bank & Trust since May 2019, Mary Anne oversees social media management, creative design, company branding, and omni-channel marketing campaigns to bolster customer loyalty and business growth. In addition to this role, Mary Anne has been an Instructional Designer and Adjunct Professor at Northampton Community College since 2001, teaching courses in small business marketing and information technology. Previous positions include Associate Director of Communications and Marketing at Lehigh University, and ownership of mpower design, where Mary Anne specialized in visual communications and brand marketing.
