Jean Charroin

Jean Charroin serves as the Dean and CEO of ESSCA School of Management since November 2018, overseeing a globally recognized institution with AACSB, AMBA, and EQUIS accreditations across eight campuses. Prior to this role, Jean held positions as CEO at Crestline Consulting, which focuses on higher education, and Dean at Groupe IDRAC, managing multiple business schools and campuses in France and abroad. Jean's extensive experience includes serving as Vice-Dean and Director at Audencia, where significant contributions were made to the school's achievements, and roles at prestigious institutions such as MIT and ESSEC Business School. Jean Charroin’s academic background includes a Doctorate in management from École Polytechnique and an MSc in Management from Université Paris Nanterre.
