Meredith Masin, RN, BSN, CCM-C, is an experienced healthcare professional with a focus on care management and clinical leadership. Currently serving as a Care Manager at Esse Health since February 2019, Meredith has previously held the role of Clinical Team Lead at SSM Health, overseeing behavioral health and neurosciences, and has extensive experience in emergency department case management and patient access nursing. Meredith began their nursing career as an Emergency Room Nurse at St. Luke's Hospital and has a strong educational background with a Bachelor of Science in Registered Nursing from Jewish Hospital College of Nursing and Allied Health and a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
