Tennille Kendrick has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Tennille began their career as a Staff Accountant at Clear Channel in 1999, where they were responsible for the month-end close process and financial analysis. Tennille then worked as a Senior Accountant at Charter Communications from 2000 to 2002, where they continued to handle month-end closing and financial analysis tasks.

In 2002, Tennille joined GKN Aerospace as a General Accountant, overseeing the month-end close process and maintaining intercompany balances. Tennille later returned to Charter Communications as a Senior Accountant (Special Projects) from 2003 to 2005, supervising accountants and providing analysis for mergers and acquisitions.

Tennille then transitioned to Esse Health in 2008, initially as an Assistant Controller. In this role, they managed various accounting functions, prepared financial statements, and assisted in audits. Tennille was later promoted to Controller, then Director - Controller, before assuming their most recent role as Vice President of Corporate Development. As the Vice President, they have been responsible for managing business development opportunities, conducting strategic analysis, and negotiating payer contracts.

Throughout their career, Tennille has demonstrated strong financial acumen, leadership, and a focus on process improvement.

Tennille Kendrick completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Business Administration, with a minor in Management, at Missouri Baptist University from 1995 to 1999. Following this, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration at Fontbonne University from 2000 to 2002.
