Ismène Pradal Lacaille

Ismène Pradal Lacaille is a certified professional coach with extensive experience in individual and team coaching, focusing on personal development, self-confidence, professional orientation, soft skills, emotional intelligence, management, cohesion, diversity, and inclusion. Currently employed at Gaïa Coaching Professionnel and Ma Vie en Mieux, Ismène also serves as a part-time professor at PPA Business School and a jury member for RNCP certification at IFOD. Additional roles include coaching at ESSEC Alumni and entrepreneurs at Risecamp. Prior to coaching, Ismène held senior management positions at companies such as Careside, Coty, Procter & Gamble, and Lynx Partners.
