Simone Bernasconi

Simone Bernasconi has a well-rounded work experience in various roles within different companies. They began their career in 1998 as a Project Leader at 3M Italia S.p.A., then moved on to roles such as Product Manager and Brand Manager. At 3M Italy S.p.A., Simone also worked as a Sales and Marketing Manager and later became the Marketing Manager for the Office and Visual departments. In 2006, they joined 3M as a Sales and Marketing Manager for the "DO IT YOURSELF" market, and later as a Six-Sigma Black Belt, responsible for Sales and Marketing projects in the Health Business. Simone also worked at Esselte as a Sales Director and later became the Regional Vice President Southern Europe and Managing Director for Italy. Currently, Simone is a D&I co-leader at ACCO Brands, taking on a leadership role in promoting diversity and inclusion within the company.

Simone Bernasconi completed their education in business administration at Università Bocconi from 1991 to 1996, with a focus on marketing.
