Michelle Ebanks

Michelle Ebanks currently serves as President and CEO of the Apollo Theater and has held a position on the Atlantic Media Board of Directors since December 2020. With extensive experience at Essence Communications Inc. since 2001, Ebanks has led significant brand expansions and partnerships, notably the international growth of the Essence Festival and the launch of various media initiatives. Prior roles include Group Publisher at Time Inc. and managerial positions at Condé Nast. Michelle Ebanks holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Florida.
