Or Yustman is an accomplished leader in the technology and security sectors with a diverse background in executive roles. Currently serving as General Manager at Essence Group since February 2025, Yustman previously held positions as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Commercial Officer at Senseer from February 2021 to March 2025. Additional experience includes board membership at PixTier, and key executive roles at Igentify, where Yustman contributed to developing the first Digital Genetic Counselor™. Prior to Igentify, Yustman served as COO at Carnie Capital LTD and founded Fifth Dimension Ltd, focusing on artificial intelligence solutions. Earlier career roles include positions at BunkerSec Corp. and ADAMA Ltd. Yustman holds an EMBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, a BA in Multidisciplinary Studies with a major in political science from the University of Haifa, and attended the U.S. Naval War College in 2007.
