Lisa Roettger Bean, MS, CCM, is a seasoned professional in healthcare management with extensive experience in provider and physician engagement. Currently serving as the Director of Provider/Physician Engagement at Essence Healthcare since May 2004, Lisa advocates for primary care physician groups, focusing on provider on-boarding, relations, and enhancing engagement in value-based contracts. Previously, as the Director of Medical Management, Lisa led the startup of a medical management department for a Medicare Advantage Plan, overseeing various operational aspects. Lisa's career began in the rehabilitation sector, holding roles such as Regional Marketing Specialist and Rehabilitation Administrator. Lisa holds a Master of Science in Rehabilitation Counseling from Southern Illinois University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with an emphasis in Mental Health and Counseling from the University of Evansville.
