Mihir Palan

Mihir Palan serves as the Sr. Director of Planning for APAC at EssenceMediacom since March 2023, focusing on driving strategic media planning initiatives to enhance Google's SMB segment through paid digital acquisitions. Prior to this role, Mihir held various senior positions at Kinnect from March 2016 to March 2023, including Vice President Media and Sr. Media Director. Mihir has also contributed as a visiting faculty member in digital marketing and media planning at several institutions, including Somaiya Vidyavihar and IIDE. With a strong foundation in media management, Mihir holds multiple degrees, including an MBA from Symbiosis Institute of Media and Communication and a digital leadership certification from Indian School of Business.
