Chuck Dainko has a strong background in operations and supply chain management. Chuck has held various leadership roles throughout their career. At Essendant, they served as Vice President of Quality, Safety, and Supply Chain Operations, where they drove process and system improvement across 72 distribution centers. Prior to that, at United Stationers, they held multiple roles including Vice President of Process Excellence, Region Vice President of Operations for the Midwest Region, and Vice President of Corporate Operations Services. In these positions, they oversaw logistics, P&L, and strategic operations teams, as well as managed process improvement and quality initiatives. Chuck also has experience in inventory and cost accounting management from their earlier roles at Sargent Welch Scientific Co and TRW-Niehoff Automotive Division.
Chuck Dainko attended Illinois State University from 1975 to 1979, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance. In 1986, they obtained a certification as a Certified Public Accountant from CPA.com.
