Rob Magneson

Rob Magneson is an experienced logistics and operations professional with a strong background in managing distribution centers and leading large teams. Currently serving as the Distribution Center Director at Essendant since October 2025, Rob previously held key leadership roles at KeHE Distributors, including Senior Operations Director and Vice President of Operations for the East Region, overseeing seven facilities, 1,800 employees, and $4 billion in annual sales. Rob also contributed significantly to Office Depot Inc. as Operations Director/GM, managing multiple distribution centers and achieving high performance on key performance indicators. Early career experience includes operations management roles at OfficeMax, Boise Office Solutions, and Boise Cascade Office Products.
