Louis Durand-Viel

Louis Durand-Viel is an experienced professional in asset management, currently serving as the VP of Asset Management for Northern Europe at Essendi since January 2021. Prior to this role, Louis was the Director of Asset Management for Central and Eastern Europe at AccorInvest from March 2020 to January 2021. Louis has also held positions at Orbis Group, where responsibilities included managing the Orbis disposal process and overseeing asset management and transactions in CEE from January 2016 to March 2020. Louis's career began at Accor, where roles ranged from Senior Analyst in Real Estate Transactions to Development Manager between April 2008 and December 2015, along with an internship in Strategy & Development in 2007. Louis holds a Master EMP in Business Administration from Audencia and a Diplom FH BWL in Business Administration from ESB Business School, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from NEOMA Business School.
