Dorothy Hisgrove GAICD is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in people and inclusion strategies across various sectors. Currently serving as the National Managing Partner for People & Inclusion at KPMG Australia and Vice President of Essendon Football Club, Dorothy is also a member of Chief Executive Women and G20 EMPOWER. Past roles include Director at Teach For Australia and Partner/Chief People Officer at PwC Australia, where contributions included leading HR and marketing initiatives. Dorothy's earlier experience in the AFL involved significant oversight of people, community, and diversity functions, as well as the execution of the league's first Reconciliation Action Plan. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Business in Business Management and a Post Graduate Degree in Marketing from RMIT University, along with GAICD certification from the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
