Kristen Bull is a highly experienced professional in organizational development, learning, and strategy, currently serving as the Strategy & Growth Lead and Head of Culture and Development at Essendon Football Club since February 2022. Prior roles include Capability Business Partner at nbn™ Australia, where leadership of the Capability & Learning Solutions team was a key focus, and various positions at Cotton On Group, including OD Specialist and Learning & Development Manager, where initiatives centered on employee experience and performance.
